Description
Developed under the rigor of the RUDF (Resilient Urban Development Framework) guidelines, the 1728 tenement residential development in Mappedu was overseen by the then Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board, now known as TNUHDB. The scheme was conceptualized with wide walkways and cycling paths, medidation zones, convenience shops, Children Development Facility, Library, etc.
