Situated Perumbakkam, this unusually narrow site came with a complex design challenge. With the Living and open kitchen at the groundfloor,
the bedrooms for the family in the first floor and a swimming pool and terrace garden in the second floor, the spatial planning which optimizes natural lighting while being constrained by Vastu principles, our solution matched the client'se xpectations of squeezing out space which was at a premium.
