A minimalistic approach to contemporary residential design that
combines rustic and neutral color palettes delivering an uncluttered aesthetic. Geometric motifs on
the door, sleek handles, textured tiles adorn the welcoming entranceway of CS Illam.
A central theme of a tree and its withered leaves was the
inspiration for conceiving the facade's steel fabrication layer. A protectivee sheath around the
porch, a calm and serene terrace lounge, a massive balcony to host friends and family, enhance spatial
utilization at various levels of the house.
Complementing to the exterior elements of the residence, the interiors were
rendered with a classic color palette, which creates a serene atmosphere.
