Periyar nagar, an upbeat locale in Erode contains our property which was expanded to house the next generation of the familial bungalow. When the opulence of the marble meets the panache of the teak, we achieved the look and feel our client was looking for.
Adaptive re-use of the existing teak-wood rafters in their countryside home turned the double-height ceiling of the living room into a magnificent center-piece of the residence. We also managed to retain the exorbitant showcase for the TV panel and thebalusters of the staircase.
The modular kitchen and the adjoining dining area with crockery and display shelves follow the same design cues and tones, while the natural wood-flooring in master bedroom, walk-in-wardrobe and the Italian marble-clad bathrooms aptly served the taste and function of the dwellers
